We usually send the estimated quote within 2-3 business days of receiving the inquiry, but a lot depends on the specifics of the project and brief detail level.

In many cases, the final estimation of the project is possible only after debriefing, during which the consultant has the opportunity to ask clarifying questions about the client's needs and the final product. In order to speed up the process, it is worth sending a possibly extensive brief or arranging a free online consultation.

In some cases, if the project description is too general, the instant estimation may be impossible and will require answers to the submitted clarifying questions.

Deadlines are set individually and depend on many factors. If there is a deadline by which the project must be completed, please inform us about it at the beginning of the valuation process, so that we can inform you as soon as possible whether our availability and resources will allow us to meet the proposed deadline.

For the sake of simplicity, it can be assumed that the duration of projects related to design, consulting and training is calculated in weeks, and the duration of IT projects in months.

Yes, we prefer medium and large projects - especially those with an emphasis on data processing. If you need a system for managing a company or employee tasks, an online store, a streaming platform or a mobile application - contact us, we will be happy to work on your project together!

It depends on how "small" the project is and whether it is only for design services or IT services. If you are looking for a company that will make a simple website using CMS Wordpress for 1200 euro, we are not the right partner. At this price, however, we can create a PowerPoint presentation template for your company.

This does not mean that it is not worth contacting us about a smaller project! Even if we are not able to meet your expectations with our premium solutions, we will try to recommend someone who will be able to carry out your project within a given budget.

We help companies find their place in the online world in various ways. We conduct online marketing and digital product audits, create comprehensive marketing strategies that take into account modern and traditional channels, recommend technological solutions and tools.

Therefore, we can for example assess how effective the presence of a given organization on the internet is, recommend changes based on KPIs and propose the use of numerous cost and technological optimizations.

Our standard billing formula for most projects is 40-30-30 (multi-stage projects) or 40-60 (smaller projects).

This means that before starting work on the project, we issue an advance invoice for 40% of the project value, then, after delivering a working solution, we issue an invoice for another 30%, and after making all final corrections – for the last 30%. For projects without an intermediate stage, we issue invoices for 40% and 60%, respectively, after the work starts and finishes. Invoices are due within 21 days.

In some cases, we decide to deviate from the rules stated above, informing about it before starting the work. The specificity of the project, its size and individual arrangements with the client may affect the change in the settlement rules.

We do not bear many costs, which are included in the estimations of many other companies with a similar business profile. Additionally, because of our experience, we know how to optimize work and create solutions better and faster.

This could be the case for several reasons. First of all - although we offer services at attractive prices, we do not dare to say that we are the cheapest on the market, especially when compared to what independent freelancers offer.

Secondly - there is a chance that the range of services offered differs between offers, so it is worth verifying the details of the project with us. For example, we may have included elements or functionalities in the product that are not covered elsewhere. After the re-evaluation of the project, it may turn out that the implementation price is significantly lower.
